We worked with a SaaS business who found themselves in this situation. A promising product and plenty of early adopters meant they had a choice to make. Would they find funding or accelerate cashflow from clients? They needed a strategy for growth and asked us to step in.

First, we brought our curiosity along, starting with the business founder. What was the background of the business? Where did the challenges lie? What were their hopes for the future? We knew there’d be growth opportunities but which would be the most significant and easiest to land?

We asked questions, listened and asked some more. Collaborating together we created a sales strategy that everyone could get behind. Ambitious, yes, but not unrealistic.

The solution

Our process revealed some easy wins which the client immediately got work from. With short-term revenue and a longer-term plan, they found the confidence to talk to investors. Within 6 months of us beginning to work together they had secured the VC investment they needed. Today we work together on an ongoing basis, implementing the strategy we designed.
